Concern about nitrogen levels in local waters and the repercussion for our ecosystem led to my original interest in PBK. There are many worthy environmental groups but this one seemed the most directed to our local waterways. Besides advocacy, PBK also educates the next generation of water warriors and stresses the need for clean water for all. That was a mission worth getting behind.
