I believe in ensuring drinkable, swimmable, and fishable waters for all Long Islanders, present and future, and work to find science and market-based solutions to our water quality issues. I hold a Master of Science in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics from the University of Rhode Island, and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management from the University of Delaware. In my over 10 years experience working in environmental compliance, enforcement, and education, I have developed the firm belief that clean water is everyone’s right, and will work tirelessly to achieve this goal.
When not serving as Executive Director and Baykeeper, I can be found plying ocean waters between Fire Island and Montauk Point on my fishing vessel “Revenge”, or digging my toes in the sand with my wife and daughter. To clean water!
