Join Peconic Baykeeper as we patrol the Shinnecock Bay shoreline along Meadow Lane to clean up our marshes and bay beaches. This will help protect nesting shorebirds, horseshoe crabs, turtles, and other wildlife from the harmful effects of marine debris. A dumpster will be available onsite for trash disposal. Participants can choose to work at the base site or travel to other public access sites along the bay to find debris. Garbage bags and a limited amount of trash grabbers will be available.
